Refund & Cancellation
Our focus is on complete satisfaction from our customers with our service and products. If you are not satisfied with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine in the investigation.
PLEASE READ ALL THE INSTRUCTIONS OF EACH PRODUCT AND SERVICES BEFORE BUYING IT, IT PROVIDES ALL THE DETAILS ABOUT THE SERVICES OR THE PRODUCT YOU PURCHASE.
In case of dissatisfaction with our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
CANCELLATION POLICY
Our systems are completely automated, and hence an order cannot be canceled once it has already been sent for processing. Orders for the printed products can only be canceled if the product has not been sent for processing. On cancellation of the order, the entire order amount(Except the Payment gateway fee) will be refunded to you within 15 working days. You may request a cancellation by contacting us via email sent to support@makepik.com
Refund Policy
In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we will give a refund to the customer except payment gateway fee. the refund amount will credit your bank account based on the bank's norms.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase, and in case of payments made in any other format, a refund will be made to the same account.
