At Makepik, it's our passion to ensure our products and services do justice to the hard work you put in behind every image. But at times, even the best of our efforts doesn't meet your desired expectations.
If you are ever dissatisfied with the final product, please report the issue within 10 days from delivery. You can either call us at +91 97878 15910 or email at support@makepik.com
To initiate a return, fill & submit the form. And have your photobook sent to us.
We will reprint the photobook and have it sent over within 10 days.

Following instances aren’t covered in the return policy
- Wrongly archived images
- Content error, spellings, typos
- Adding/removing/replacing the images or sheets
- Blurred, low res, pixelated or poor quality images
- Faulty layouts & asymmetrical image placement
- Mishandling of the photobooks
REPLACEMENT POLICY
To the extent that you purchase any goods directly from us which are defective or damaged, we will provide a free replacement within ten (10) days of you notifying us in writing of the defect/ damage along with your order number along with the product returned to us in substantially the same condition as when purchased. PLEASE NOTE, HOWEVER, THAT CERTAIN PRODUCTS AND SERVICES MENTIONED ON THE WEBSITE MAY BE SOLD BY THIRD PARTIES OR ARE LINKED TO THIRD PARTY WEB SITES, AND WE SHALL HAVE NO RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY FOR THOSE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES.
